Good Friday Art Display

Hello Redemption! We're looking for a group of creative people who would be interested in contributing art to display at the church on Holy Week, from March 20-27. Our primary goal is to have creative art pieces to encourage reflection and remembrance during Holy Week - the week that spans Jesus' triumphal entry into Jerusalem (Palm Sunday) to his death on the cross (Good Friday) to his glorious resurrection (Easter Sunday). We rely on people like you and your contributions to help tell and retell our amazing story in creative ways.

If this is of interest to you or if you any questions regarding this, please contact Sarah.

Psalm 16: You Make Known to Us the Path of Life

Psalm 16: You Make Known to Us the Path of Life

This week on Redemption Church's blog [*Insert hip, movie trailer voice over artist here] a guy named David writes a song based on another song by another guy named David. Also the former David, who is actually the latter David, was named after the latter David, who is actually the former David. Look, it sounds much more confusing than it actually is... Just check it out; it will all make sense...

Join the Gospel Choir

Redemption's Gospel Choir will lead us in worship on Easter Sunday, April 5. Tracy Moar will be leading a celebratory selection. If you're interested in singing in the choir, please plan to attend the first practice on Sunday, March 8 immediately after the second service from about 1:15 - 2:15 PM.

Art Exhibit

"In a time of bleak landscape and quiet hibernation, Neilson and Moar portray flecks of light and colour - glimpses of hope that help us endure the struggle and hardship of a grey winter season."

Brie Neilson and Ian Moar present 'Winter Is Coming,' an art exhibit featuring their work at Regent College's Lookout Gallery from November 20 - December 19. For more information, click here

Decorating for Christmas

Join us after church on Sunday, November 30 as we dig out our nativity scene, wreaths, and festive adornments. We'll transform the church as we decorate for Christmas and enter into the first week of Advent.
