Redemption Church lives to love God, prioritize people and bless the world.

It is with the goal of prioritizing people, in particular indigenous members of our community and neighbourhood, that we will be holding a talking circle at Redemption Church on September 26 after the worship service.

The focus of the talking circle will be the church's role in truth and reconciliation. Mary Jane Joe and Wayne Campbell will be facilitating but all those that want to attend will be asked to do some research preparation on their own beforehand so that we can make the most of the time together. Please see the PDF handout below for more information. A good starting point for your preparation is to visit the website for the National Centre for Truth and Reconciliation (nctr.ca).

We are planning to meet in the church backyard (time to be confirmed but around 1pm). For more information please contact info@redemptionchurch.ca
