If you are like me, this time of quarantine has messed up all your schedules, habits and plans.  Our vacation plans went out the window, our work habits were radically changed, and our daily rhythms largely degenerated into chaos (at least at first – we’re learning new rhythms).  How can we live well in the midst of all this disruption and change?  How can we find a stable center in the midst of constantly changing circumstances?

Join us on Tuesday evenings from 7:30pm-9:00pm as we explore together a rhythm of life (or, in ancient Christian language, a “rule of life”) that can help us keep first things first: cultivating habits that open us to divine love (for ourselves and our neighbours) and help us resist the frivolous and disconnected habits of our culture.

This course will run from 8 weeks: from Tuesday, April 28  to Tuesday, June 16.  Please join this open group on the Church Center App where you will find the Zoom link and additional resources.

Please do sign up as soon as possible to receive the initial email instructions for the group.

This course is free of charge, but it is recommended that you invest in the book:  The Common Rule by Justin Whitmel Earley (available as a paperback or ebook).

 See you Tuesday!
